Knitting stripes in the round

I’m currently knitting a cardigan for my mum which has two row stripes all over. its been easy to knit as its a top down pattern meaning that the front and back are knitted at the same time. However i’ve just come to start the sleeves and having never done much colour work before I’ve had to find a correction to deal with the ‘jog’ where the stripes don’t quite meet up.

I thought i would share this video with you as it is a really simple way to solve this problem (you need to skip forward to about 4 minutes to get to the point). Also, watch how fast she knits! I am clearly a novice compared to her!
